I recently had the pleasure of visiting Burger King, and the overall fast food experience was exceptional! The restaurant impressed me with its cleanliness and well-kept ambiance, and the staff members were welcoming and courteous from the moment I walked in.

The menu offered an extensive array of options, and I opted for their classic Whopper, which turned out to be a delight - freshly prepared and bursting with flavor.

Service was prompt, and the taste of the food lived up to my expectations of Burger King - delicious and gratifying. The fries were served hot and crispy, and the soda provided the perfect refreshment.

What truly stood out was the attentive service provided by the staff, who made sure I had everything I needed without hesitation. They even offered to refill my drink proactively.

All in all, my experience at Burger King was delightful, and I am looking forward to revisiting soon. For those seeking a quick and delectable meal, I wholeheartedly recommend paying a visit to this location. Horrible drive thru experience, server had no intention of treating us like customers, no manners and continuously spoke to other people while we were trying to order so we had to keep repeating ourselves until the server paid attention. I don't expect the world, I know its a stressful/thankless job but at least decent manners should be the minimum.

When picking up the food they had tried to charge us for sauces we had already paid for until after arguing with us they finally checked our receipt.

Also a continuous problem that Burger King seems to have is no napkins or straws. This is why you always have to check your order.

We were told the drink we had originally asked for wasn't served at this location only to see that it was when I had to come back to the restaurant to pick up napkins and straws.

For a brand new location you would expect some kind of effort to be made but not here. Avoid this location unless you want to be...

I’ve given Burger King way too many chances, and every time I think it can’t get any worse, they prove me wrong. I’ve been to this location numerous times and have had the same frustrating issues—missing items, incorrect orders, or entire meals just forgotten altogether. I’ve always let it slide, thinking maybe it was a one-off mistake. But today was the last straw.

We placed our order around 10:30 pm, and once again, they completely messed it up. So, we decided to return it and ask for a correction just before closing time (11 pm). What we got back was nothing short of a disaster. The food was ice cold, as though it had been pulled out of a freezer, not freshly made, and at that point, it was too late to complain again.

This experience was absolutely disgusting. The lack of attention to detail, the poor quality of food, and the utter disregard for customer service is appalling. I won’t be coming back....
