Daughter went to pick up a collection tonight and the door was locked! She stood at the door and all the staff was looking out at her and not one person came out to ask her what was wrong!! Only a member of staff came out of the side door and she asked him was it closed he said no. She said I've been standing here waiting on my order and nobody had bothered. The door shouldn't have been locked! £30 order and we nearly didn't get it only for him...

Incomplete order, second time, once is annoying, twice is a significant service issue, don't order from this Dominos if you hate inconsistent service. Whereas if you love gambling then fire away. Don't care if it takes an hour I expect to receive what I've ordered at the bare minimum. Cold food is annoying but it's better to have it cold...

Tried this Domino in Ballyhack as its slightly closer than my normal one at Ballygowan rd. Definitly no quality checks going on. Hardly any toppings, 2 full slices actually completly plain, greese pooling all over it. Wouldnt get from there again. Refund or credit please if the manager is listening...
