Stay away from this branch. I ordered a pizza from here and asked for delivery. Some how it switched to collection after ordering and I phoned 5 mins later to explain and asked to switch it to delivery. The assistance branch manager ALI, told me he couldn’t switch and refused to change. I am disabled and could never have collected, yet he didn’t care. I explained the app must have switched to delivery and he called me a LIAR and was incredibly rude to me. I pleaded to him and he carried on calling me a liar. I ended up arguing him with me and he said “if you don’t collect your pizza we will bin it and you won’t get your money back”.

Cannot believe how I was being spoken too. I continued to be persistent and told him my call was recorded and guess what, he arranged for it to be delivered. The pizza was dreadful and had too much sauce on it. £35 and was disgusting. Never been so insulted before.

Fantastic Service and a Money-Saving Hero.

Just had a brilliant visit to this Domino's. The store manager deserves a special mention, she was incredibly friendly and helpful. I was really impressed with how she took the time to explain all the current promotions and find the best value for my order. It was a lovely surprise to see someone genuinely focused on saving me money. And of course, the pizza was delicious. I was impressed with how clean and hygienic the store was maintained. The excellent customer service from the manager has definitely made me want to return whenever I'm in the area. Highly recommend this location.

I have ordered a few times from here. The pizza was ordinary and the service too. Also they keep sending me "good deals" via sms or email. But these deals are not real ones. You wont save any money with it. And also you cant combinate the deals with vouchers. So you can use the normal deal or the voucher code you had, but you will end up paying the same. So i wont use them anymore. Anyway if you want to use this particular shop, dont do it, just round the corner is another pizza shop called Sophies Pizza. With real deals, a lot cheaper in the first place and the pizza is fenomenal...
