Domino's Pizza - Birmingham - Maypole — Local services in Birmingham

Cue long rambling post: been using this dominos since it opened but the appalling customer service today prompted me to leave a review. About 6 months ago i left a negative review for this store before on the official dominos website but nothing seems to have been done about it.

This time we ordered jalapeno nachos but dough balls arrived instead. When I politely phoned to tell them of the mix up the rude man on the phone told me he would make more and slammed the phone down. I assumed they were busy so thought nothing of it.

When the nachos finally arrived the delivery driver (who seemed to have limited English language skills) mumbled at me to which I returned the dough balls. He then just starred at me which is when I had to ask he give us the nachos we ordered. (I had to ask twice as he didn't understand the first time). He shoved the box in my hand, mumbled and walked away. Not a single apology from the 3 people I spoke to.

Why are dominos acting like it was my fault they delivered the wrong item?

Hi, I wanted to personally call originally but I think I would have messed it all up. 10.8.22 order number 81, I ordered 3 items, one being a personal 4 slice pizza. Instead when my driver arrived he gave me a very large boxed pizza, I was worried he might have given me the wrong houses pizza, so checked but he said that it was an accident in the kitchen so I was getting a large instead. I want to say thank you to the one that made the mistake of making it a large pizza (I haven't been motivated to eat all week so far, so I have had one meal or no meals at all and been living on minimal sleep, because of you I have lunch for tomorrow and Friday), thank you to the one that still allowed my pizza to get delivered instead of getting it redone to a small (because of this I don't have to worry about my money this week for lunch at least, my finances looked a little sad for the next 2 weeks, this helps) and thank you to the delivery driver for still bringing it over. As silly as it sounds this actually made a huge difference to my mood...

I found a hair baked directly into the cheese, indicating a severe failure in hygiene standards and quality control. This foreign object should have been easily visible and removed prior to the baking process. This incident strongly suggests that mandatory use of hair nets and beard nets is not being enforced, which is an unacceptable risk in a food preparation environment. I want to emphasize the critical need for these safety measures, as supported by standard food safety guidelines, which mandate nets for: • Any visible facial hair or stubble (due to high shedding risk). • Containment of any graspable facial hair. • All staff in high-risk environments like food handling, manufacturing, and healthcare. Until Domino's makes the wearing of beard and hair nets a strict and verifiable policy, I cannot recommend this establishment. I will be monitoring the hygiene practices at your premises closely...
