Their behavior was absolutely horrific! I went to this place for microneedling before, where they properly did my face and neck twice, put a cooling mask on to prevent burning, and took the full half-hour I booked. Today, I booked again and clearly told them I wanted the exact same treatment as before. They only did microneedling for five minutes, barely touching my face with any care, completely skipped my neck, and when I asked for it, they just ran the device under my chin without any products, like they were trying to shut me up! No cooling mask, nothing—just said, “It’s done.” When I complained, they threw some red light therapy at me to keep me quiet, which I didn’t even ask for! I told them their behavior was rude, and they finished a half-hour treatment I paid for in less than ten minutes. They took my money and had the nerve to say, “Do whatever you want, we’re five-star, and nobody cares about your opinion or whether you leave a review!” Then they kicked me out! Completely avoid. I showed up to my booking that was scheduled to find the place was closed and no one was there. I called them and was told that the person I was booked in with doesn’t even work that day? Have no idea how I was supposed to know this information all I know was the booking was accepted and scheduled. Extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of my time. I was then told I can book in again for the treatment at a discount as an apology. Did so, this time before my appointment I text to check incase it’s closed again and another waste of my time and was told personal details about the owner being a mum of 4 and one childs ill so the appointment is cancelled?
