Within the last couple of months I've had three Chinese meals from here. Prior to this I hadn't had a Chinese for a long while.

So, the first meal I had was fantastic and deserved '5' stars. I even rang them afterwards and thanked them for what was probably one of the best meals I've ever had. A week or so later I thought I'd treat myself again. Unfortunately the meal (the same menu as I chose before) was truly dreadful.

So last night, I thought I'd try them again. Same combo of food as before. And although the production of the food seemed a little different, it wasn't great I ate it because I was hungry but threw a fair bit of it away.

I'm thinking that they may be using different chefs or maybe just making it themselves. It's not good and when you a 'go to' trusted take away you might give up on this one, simply because of the inconsistency . It's put me off using them again, even though I've used them...

ordered from here as i’m familiar with it and my local chinese was closed (wanted to treat myself after work) ordered a chicken fried rice and the nuggets which made me really excited as it’s the first chinese takeaway i’ve seen nuggets advertised on. order came in a good amount of time and smelled amazing. the nuggets looked frozen but i tried them anyway and the first one tastes slimy inside and rock out on the outside so i threw it. tried my chicken fried rice, the rice was cold and mushy and parts of the chicken were all slimy. ordered on uber eats and this needs updating to allow customer to track their order properly especially for those with special needs- i don’t like answering the door at night for safety and personal reasons and because i couldn’t see when the driver was i had no choice but to open my door to get the order. never ordering from here again,...

I can’t believe this place!! Called for a replacement of my food or a refund as the food was not seasoned at all (salt and pepper chicken and chips) she argued with me on the phone about how do I know if it tasted seasoned or not and how do I know if it looks seasoned and if there’s onion and chilli in it then it’s been seasoned. I had to go back to the place in a taxi coz I was that annoyed and they still tried refuse me a refund or a replacement as they argued in Chinese. I sat in the shop until eventually they cancelled my order which I made them do in front of my face. If I ain’t got my money back in a week I’ll be showing up again.
