On entering the shop on 3/9/24, I greeted the older lady dressed in black hair in a pony tail, by saying hello. She failed to reply and stood staring at me along side a girl with a hairnet and long fake eyelashes. My husband was with me, the older lady and the girl continued staring and I turned to my husband and said it's happening again as the girl had been rude to both myself and granddaughter on 21/6/24 when we visited the shop. The older lady dressed in black asked me if I was ready to order whilst the girl was giggling behind her. I started to order but was put of by her offensive tone of voice. I turned to my husband and asked him to order and both the girl and older lady said laughing " Why was she just staring at us when she came in ?" I went to the counter and looked both of them directly in the eyes and reminded them on entering the business I greeted them but they stood there and didn't acknowledge my hello. I told them it's good customer service to greet anyone walking through the door as it's professional and friendly. The girl scurried away through the back door. I left the shop disgusted at the behaviour whist my husband continued with the order from the older lady dressed in black, the one without a hairnet front of service. Director Prince, your patties are outstanding I cannot fault them, but the customer service is volatile, juvenile, and unwelcoming. Well below the standards of what good customer service is about. I'm wondering if the girl with the lashes realizes that her behaviour towards the customers is hurting your business by being rude and passive aggressive. Maybe enhanced customer training would benefit both her and the older lady, or a few counselling sessions as there's something very off with these two people you employ especially the younger girl. It appears this is not the first time according to your reviews that this girl has displayed appalling behaviour towards YOUR customers. As the director you have a choice, address the issues, or leave it to fester and loose customers...

The serving area was clean, and staff were wearing hairnets and had clean uniforms on.
I was served by a lovely lady who provided courteous service with a smile, she even asked if I'd wait for a moment while she checked to see if more chicken patties were around the back - as they were out in the front. I was happy that there were some left.
I purchased chicken and mutton patties and can honestly say they're probably the best patties I've had since I last visited the West Indies. Served hot and fresh, you can tell by how crumbly the pastry was, not too pepery and no gristle detected when chewing. Absolute pure goodness, propa tings. I'll definitely return, in fact... I returned the day after my first...
Read moreThe only reason i'm giving this place 1 star is due to the way in which the girl in the beanie hat and nose ring served my mother. Never have I met such a rude madam, that had an attitude and chip on her shoulder. I've been in here before and got served by the guy with tattoos (he's alright), but miss madam? No chance! Never have I met such an entitled, arrogant, hostilic woman. And people wonder why so called black women are depicted as having an 'attitude' when you have front of house staff like this.
If she didn't want to serve people wouldn't it be ideal to put somebody else up front???? Although I like your patties I would never spend a penny in your establishment EVER not after today. That girl has a serious attitude problem, she needs to go out in nature and meditate and release whatever pent up anger she has towards people, maybe it might make her...
