Appalling service. Was rushed through my consultation and didn't take the time to understand my specific concerns. The result was not what I wanted and when I complained about the fact my concerns hadn't been addressed and I hadn't been listened to Saida took offence and said she wouldn't continue with the session. She then ranted saying I'd questioned her ability and wouldn't stop despite me repeatedly asking Saida to calm down and please just correct the things I was unhappy about. Admittedly I was upset because the results were not what I wanted, but I did not raise my voice or say anything abusive. Saida refused to complete the session saying she had another customer (despite the fact she was over 10 minutes late for my appointment and I hadn't had the full allocated appointment time) and said I would have to come back for a top up to fix my concerns. I left without any aftercare advice despite this being my first experience with permanent makeup. I also left without paying the balance of my session which I will be more than happy to pay once Saida has actually completed the session and corrected my concerns. I would also appreciate the aftercare advice that should have been forefront of Saida's mind. This is a a really professional person to work with! We have been longtime friends, worked together and she has done amazing procedures ever since - I have seen her growing as a professional in her industry.

Later on became working with her on branding, marketing and social media / design for her professional social media account - she has always been super easy to work with, always keen on new trends, designs and always really easy to talk with as Saida has became my client.

The way this person deals with her both her clients (as I regularly use her aesthetic services) and her business partners / people she works with is amazing / and her friends - she's very talented, charismatic and has an easy to talk with her personality - a really diplomatic, always reaching for high standards and knowing what she does person.

I definitely recommend Saida for everyone - and as I have seen her 3 sides - her own work, the way works with other people including me (even if it's a different industry - marketing and social media) and as a friend - I can say this - if you are looking for a charismatic professional whom you can trust and understand your needs...

Been looking for someone to help me with my horrible eyebrows that were not done properly before🤦🏽‍♀️ Found Saida and I fell in love with her post🥰😍 She gave me help and advice about what she could do with my eyebrows and how to get the best results!
