Myself and My family can't get enough of this place. We eat alkaline wholefoods at home but a quick take out is always needed on days when we just dont want to cook but due to the lack of clean food around we struggle to eat out but since finding the ital collection by vita i cant help but keep going back...The food is beautiful! it's clean and made with love and you feel that in every bite. Never feel heavy or groggy after eating Vita's food. I am so thankful to you Vita for caring about what goes into your food and preparing it with love and passion. We have needed this around for a long time! Your good energy goes into your food and I feel that. Being nourished with love is a game changer when it comes to food. It's beautiful to see what has been brought to the community! The location is very convenient with plenty of parking. The shop is clean and well presented. I love the fact that there is always a variety of items on the menu and mixing a meals isn't a problem.

There is something for everybody! There is so much variety on the menu and allergy information is in plain sight.

I also love the fact that the shop is open late as I can still nourish my temple without getting stuck in rush hour traffic!

I came across this goddess via Instagram whilst looking for somewhere in Birmingham that catered for people that follow a plant based alkaline lifestyle, and oh my lordy it did not disappoint! Birmingham has more than enough vegan junkfood garbage restaurants so it was such a delight to find a vegan take out finally that does delicious home cooked food made with love that is good for you!
