Served boss in Birmingham had the nerve to threaten me with the police just because I asked for her to make a simple swap of egg for something else she uses in her native rice. I politely suggested that she could be a little more flexible, but she responded by calling me rude and even threatening to have her staff beat me up. I was appalled by her behaviour and such a disgraceful response from a seller towards a customer. I have never witnessed such unprofessionalism in my decades of experience. Guys beware of her behaviour towards customers who ask for something else as she won't take it...
