AVOID! I was pressured into receiving treatments that I did not request!

I feel that Ana bullied me into having filler I did not request. She also gave me 5 areas of Botox which is not needed as I’m only in my early 20s.

Upon arriving into the reception on 2nd August 2024, Ana again said she would be treating my cheeks. I told her this was not what I wanted nor had booked in for, only lip and chin filler.

In the treatment room I spent a long time arguing with Ana, telling her I did not have an issue with my cheeks and did not want filler placed there. She told me she would not treat my chin without doing my cheeks and that people pay for her services because they trust her and that I’m the first client she’s had who has questioned her!

I should not be bribed and told one thing cannot be treated without doing the other. Wanting my chin filler done, I reluctantly agreed to the cheek through bribery, which is NOT consent!

At my consultation I made it clear to Ana I wanted minimal work done. I also made it clear that I did not want to treat the back of my jaw. Ana still went ahead and treated the back of my jaw on 2nd August with 1ml of filler without my consent. I have proof of my provisional treatment plan that shows 1-2ml to be used on the day. Instead I was charged for 3ml and for lip filler.

Ana also began to argue with her member of staff named Betty whilst she had needles in my face during the treatment. This was a health and safety hazard and made me fearful as she could have caused me serious injury to my face by not focusing on my treatment.

Ana also did a sales pitch for an acne treatment from Poland to me, when I do not have acne and had only one or two spots present on my face. This again is not professional, only a doctor can advise on such things, which Ana is not. This made me uncomfortable as if Ana was trying to make me feel insecure so that I would buy the product for her own financial gain.

Ana then posted my before and after pictures on social media from 2nd August 2024, which I have taken screenshots of. I was not asked for permission, nor had I given any written or formal consent for this to be done. She also applied makeup to me for her after photos, when I had gone to the clinic with no makeup on. I had verbally told Ana on 2nd August 2024 to not post anything, and if she wanted to, to email it to me first and ask for my permission. I had not even seen the images taken of myself until they were posted on Instagram! A professional clinic would not post images of a client without their consent.

Ana did remove these pictures upon my request, but them being uploaded was a breach of my privacy rights. She lied on WhatsApp via her personal number and told me that 3 people had saw the post, but it had already had 12 likes and had been posted onto her story for her thousands of followers to see, which at that date stood at 17,900. This is not a professional who treats their clients with honesty and respect.

I have since had to go to another aesthetic clinic extremely upset and unhappy with my filler outcome. We have had to dissolve and undo all the filler work done by Ana. The other clinic advised that cheek filler is never needed to treat the chin! The lip filler was not done in line with the natural shape of my lips, so was unnatural looking. All the filler injected by Ana has had to be dissolved due to me rectifying the excessive filler used that that I did not consent to getting. This dissolving and rectifying has caused me extra costs, which, is in excess of £500.

I understand with aesthetics you may have unsatisfactory results and we sign our agreement to this in the T&Cs. But this was a case of me receiving treatments that I, as the client, did not request. I have emailed asking for a full refund twice. I also requested for Ana’s insurance details and have been ignored. The only response was an invite back to the clinic to assess- which is absolutely pointless!

Had a very bad experience. I requested services from Anna to balance my facial contour which was on my cheeks and jawline and to dissolve my lips.

Anna did a dissolve on my lips and I was still left with filler in my lips as I could still feel the lumps left in my lips so this matter was not resolved.

Secondly, she performed a facial contour package on my face. As a result, I was left with very unsymmetrical results and lumps across my jawline.

I went back for a review of this work and Anna advised me that I needed more filler to even everything out... also, she advised it wasn't her fault that the results were uneven it was due to my face. She also suggested the only way I would achieve symmetry would be to have more filler and she would be wanting to charge me an extra £250 on top of the £1000 I already paid.

I have never been treated with such disrespect at a clinic. I did not need more filler in my face as I am still fairly young and the filler was starting to make me age so I had to go to another practitioner who advised me to dissolve everything due to its unsymmetrical and unnatural result and making me look older than I am.

All she wanted was more money and never took my own best interest for my face. I would not advise anyone seek services here and I would like some sort of compensation for this...

I had russian lips performed by Ana, The best clinic i’ve ever visited, so clean and professional. Ana did a thorough consultation with me before hand where she asked what specific needs i had for the look i was going for, i was 100% numbed and so so comfortable during the procedure. Ana is extremely light with the needle and does regular checks during the procedure to ensure i was comfortable. I seriously felt 0 pain during the procedure as Ana was so gentle. I had expected bruising and swelling after the procedure, Ana put all my worries to rest and did double checks of my lips before i left to check for any abnormalities. She provided me with ample aftercare equipment and advice, and assured me that i could call/visit anytime with any questions. Everyone at the clinic was so smiley and friendly, i really felt so looked after. Especially as i suffer with anxiety i was nervous about having a procedure done but i couldn’t have been in better hands.
