It was my sisters 40th birthday, so we decided to give Maggie's a try. It’s a new spot, and it didn’t disappoint. The food was fantastic, especially the Maggilicious – spot on! We started with the chilli chicken, which was packed with flavor. My favorite dish was the chilli prawn noodles; I could’ve easily eaten another serving. I also had the butter chicken with delicious, cheesy naan – no complaints there. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff was amazing. Has anpr parking cameras. I parked up and tried to pay for the hour, even though I was going to use the pub. But it tried to take £5 instead of the £1 and wasn't easy to use at all. Only option to pay is via app or phone. But they don't even have a WiFi connection to use. I have now been sent a £100.00 parking fine although I never left the vehicle as was attempting to pay to park. We were very warmly welcomed when we arrived. Great banter with the bar staff. Then we went into the restaurant side and had a lovely meal. Chilli Fish & Chilli chicken starters ..... plenty for 3 of us. The husband had the grill and our son the boneless grill and both looked fab - I'm definitely going to try them at some point.
