The Greek Tavern — Restaurant in Birmingham

Had an amazing experience here today! So much so, I needed to write a review straight away! My first time here, and coming from a family who have worked in catering (including myself) and various food businesses, the food at the Greek Tavern was incredible. Everything was soo fresh, tasty and served with a smile. We shared a platter, and enjoyed a bottle of Fix beer and lemonade as a shandy. The food was plentiful, hot and tasted delicious. We were also given some cake to try... Trileche, this was also delicious! I observed other peoples food, and theirs also looked fresh and tasty.

I didn't know about this place till yesterday, and I use to live over in Solihull. Now in Tamworth, but I'll be making more trips over there especially for this place, that's how good the food is. A truly hidden gem! Thank you, I'll see...

Brilliant place to eat, family friendly but also good for coming with friends or a special someone. Staff are absolutely fantastic, attentive and friendly. The service is fast but what shocked me most was the taste of Greek chicken Gyro, Juicy pieces of chargrilled chicken, Crispy French fries, A perfect pitta with its softness and texture. Honestly 10/10 Also forgot to mention they have alcohol aswell as coffee drinks You must check this out.

We came to the Greek Tavern in Hall Green again and had another wonderful experience! Just like the first time, everything was absolutely fantastic — the food was fresh, delicious, and full of authentic flavors. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was excellent throughout our time at Greek Tavern. We had a really good time and felt very well looked after.
