Review of Brand Max Designer Outlet
I recently visited Brand Max Designer Outlet, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. After a 40-minute drive, my toddler was in desperate need of a restroom, only to find out that the outlet does not provide customer toilets. When I inquired about facilities, I was directed to Sports Direct down the road, which was quite inconvenient and far from ideal.
As a family that frequently shops at the outlet, I was disappointed to learn that while there are facilities available for staff, there are none for customers. This policy seems quite outdated and doesn’t reflect the needs of families who often visit the store. It’s essential for retail spaces, especially those catering to families, to accommodate basic needs like restrooms.
While I appreciate the variety of products available at the outlet, the lack of customer amenities significantly detracted from our shopping experience. I hope Brand Max considers the comfort and convenience of its visitors in the future. Until then, I would recommend visiting with this knowledge in mind and perhaps planning for rest...

The only thing I didn't like is the service you get from the clothing section near the homeware. It was somewhat intimidating. I tried to lighten the atmosphere by initiating conversations only to get embarrassed by no reply and instead a dirty look behind my back which was noticed by 11-year-old son.
