I would like to made a complaint regarding service I received, today I had the worst experience with flannels
I would blame both the online team and also the Shirebrook store, they are both so rude!!!
I saw that a pair of fendi slides were on sale online for about 30% off but didn’t have my size online so I called customer service and asked what stores they were in stock
The lady i spoke to confirmed 3 stores all of which were all far away, I really wanted the sandals so I was open to travel.
I called the store to confirm and spoke to the store manager Dominique who I asked to reserve and was told that they could only do till 7pm as the sliders were sale stock and ordinarily they don’t hold sale items, that was all the confirmation I needed and i travelled from Milton Keynes to Shirebrook, which is nearly 210 miles away return.
I drove nearly 2 hours to get there only for me to be told they are full price by the same store manage Dominique who was The one who i spoke to in the morning.
She was SOOO RUDE even when I told her she confirmed they were on sale and showed her the live price on the website she wouldn’t even acknowledge me and said she was busy with a VIP customer so whatever the till price goes and I would need to pay full price.
Following that I called customer service and spoke to the same person from the morning who again confirmed the price but said it’s the store managers decision, again not making any effort to help or offer any form of apology even though she knew herself I travelled from far and was very upset. I called back after i left the store and asked to speak to a manager she initially said no, when i insisted she LIED th manager was in a meeting and would call me back today. Till date nobody has called me back.
Even on sale these sandals are nearly £400 and I can’t even get decent customer service… I was so irritated I cried during the drive home
I would like my complaint to be escalated to the highest authority as I am not...
Read moreTerrible been here few times spent a fair amount of money there. Last time I went I brought my daughter another top took it to the counter it had a £52 sale sticker on. She said £75 I said I think you made a mistake she spoke to the boss and said they would honour it but no return policy. I said what do you mean no return policy she replied its got the wrong price on it to which I replied you priced it up. Her reply was well we can't guarantee you didn't put the sticker on. I was furious asked for the manager who was aarrogant I demanded an apology 3 times before she gave me one. Ive never been in trouble with the law and a well respected business man. I've never felt so insulted in my life for someone to suggest I I could have put the sticker on. I told them to review the cctv as there was only 2 customers in the shop and see if I did it. Worst of all I was with my 2 children which infuriated me more that they could suggest such a thing in front of my children. I certainly want be giving this shop a single penny of my legitimately earned money again. I was going to report it to head office but it was a young assistant that said it and I think it just come out her mouth wrong. The problem was how the manager dealt with it a jumped up young kid I have daughters around the same age and if they would have handled the situation like that I would have had a stern word with them for there attitude. Too and bottom there's plenty of shops selling designer gear find somewhere more professional to buy your goods it could happen...
Read moreWe turned up at 7 on a Monday, bearing mind the store closes to the public at 8: we parked right outside the store. One of the workers locked the door as we parked up. We tried getting their attention to open up, but they ignored. As we couldn’t get in, we were getting ready to make our half an hour trip back, until we saw a father and son walk up to the door and get in as we were leaving. So we decided to go back as we desperately wanted to get in. We went back to the door and it was locked. However one of the employees had to open the door to let a customer out who had two bags in their hand, which obviously means they have bought something from them. When the customers walked out we asked the employee if we can quickly come in. She responded to us by saying their tills have crashed, which can’t be true as someone had just bought from them. We mentioned we saw them let in the father and son but she didn’t answer or want to comply and proceeded to lock the door on us. By then it was only 7:30, meaning it should be open. This ruined my evening as I had travelled an hour there and back to not be allowed in the shop for an...
