Deep Pan Kid — Restaurant in Bolsover

It was after the England v Denmark match. I fancied a pizza to take home, my friend went to the Chinese takeaway a few doors down - wish I had just got Chinese food too.

I think if the owner of the place had been there , he would not have been happy. The people working there did not give a damn, bit like the England team. Everyone has bad days so no one expects them to be super happy and bouncy - but at the very least care about the food you are serving or get another job. Moved at snails pace, glum and just did everything with a lack of care. At one point, all workers had left the front of the shop. Went to back, at least one went for a cigarette because she was holding one in the food prep/cooking area.

Now the important part - the food. It was disgusting , wish I’d opened it up as soon as I left the shop - it was burnt all underneath. This shouldn’t have been a surprise as at one point the main person in charge of the pizza oven just seemed to disappear, and I was waiting there for a long time. I had one slice because I was really hungry, then rest went into bin. I think even if there was no burnt bit, the pizza wouldn’t have been good . No flavour. I mean takeaway pizza - you don’t expect much, so not like I have high standards.

Ordered from here when food came it was not correct. EVEN THO WE HAD STATED WHAT WE WANTED TWICE due to having things missed of order previously. Had to ring up got passed around had to speak to 3 people 2nd one even said "sup with your food" then passed me on to the clueless manager who wanted to send the missing food up when the delivery driver got back obviously never heard of food poisoning. Collection good. Delivery poor. Phone manner nowhere existant it's like talking to a brick wall! Ordered 1 piece chicken &chips no chicken! A couple of weeks after ordered no chicken even though ordered 2hours before they closed. Asked for mild chilli and a burger couldn't even eat it not mild at all stronger than jalapeños!
