I visited the store today, very disappointed. I had a problem with the pump on a serum I purchased. I love the product, but accessing it is very poor. When you read other reviews this is a problem faulty pumps!! No surprise for me! The customer service was shocking today in my opinion, a member of staff and the manager were very unhelpful no comprise whatsoever. I was polite throughout, but came away with no result. I visited this afternoon and was looking to try a new scent of the body scrub. There was one particular staff member, I didn’t get her name. She was young. But she was brilliant. Her customer service was 10/10. She showed me all the different scrubs, tested them on me. She informed me of what the product does.
