I use the mart cart to get around the store, without which I would be unable to complete my shopping. I nearly always find what I am looking for with a few exceptions. I do not like or approve of the current parking facilities . The area where the store is located is surrounded by other shops, not ones that compete with the supermarket, business's like hairdressers, library, bank and chemist , I often need to visit at least one other business, when I also want to do my shopping. As I am disabled it takes me a long time to get around hence the time I need is considerable. Often I don't have enough time to complete my shopping in the supermarket since the 3hour time limit has been introduced when I need to visit other businesses as well. When the original supermarket was developed in the old precinct the carpark was there for all the business in the area, now however the carpark controllers think it is just for the supermarket . If I had to park elsewhere in order to visit the other businesses, then I would not be able to visit them , as the only alternative to the carpark is in residential streets which is unfair on the people living there and too far for me to walk and carry things. If this were the case I would have to move my whole shopping to...
Read moreConcerning the petrol station part, have just had a bad experience with someone who seemed to be a manager called David. I've been buying Morrison fuel for years and knew something wasn't right with the pump. This manager came over and instructed me what to do normally. I tried to explain that it didn't seem to be working in the proper way. He wanted me to put my card in and enter the pin before the cost value had gone to £0. Even if that's correct, he had spoken to me so poorly, like a teacher talking to a child, I wasn't happy. He said he I should just do what he's saying, in other words he wasn't listening to my concerns. I calmly told him he needed work on how he spoke to people (customers!) and he started to argue back, instead of listening again. I told him he could leave as he was no help. Tried the pump again and it still seemed to fail. By this point I decided to put the pump down and spend me money elsewhere and I'll be doing this for the mean time too. How staff speak to the people who are paying for their wages is crucial and on this occasion meant I didn't contribute to it. Staff training on how to speak to other people and custumers suggested. Could be a one off, but that's cost the business a customer for now. Happened...
