I went here while visiting my friend for the weekend and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere was like a home away from home, the service was lovely despite the card machine not working outside, the food was absolutely stunning. I ordered the banana bread which came with granola, yoghurt and fresh berries. Also you get to eye up the adorable dogs that come in the lovely beer garden. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone in the area.

Great little place in Harwood. Lovely food, especially pizza's and lunch time snacks. I had a fetta cheese and sweet potato pitta with pesto and my friend had the chicken version, both were very tasty. Unfortunately I forgot to take a photo of them. Friendly helpful staff. Next time I'll visit in the evening and try the Woodfired pizza. I've been told that they also have cocktail evenings, I'll definitely have to try that.

I used to love going here but after my experience yesterday it will be a while before I go back. I waited over 10 minutes for anyone to acknowledge I was actually waiting for a menu , despite customers arriving after me getting served straight away.In the end I got my own menu and the young girl serving came straight away to ask what drinks me and my parents would like?I asked for a couple of minutes and 10 minutes later I gave up and walked to the counter to order. The drinks took a while to arrive, however firstly we were brought someone else's order, then after 30 mins were asked did we want anymore drinks ( still no food arrived). We ordered 3 more drinks and yet another 15 mins passed . Eventually we had to ask where our food was as we had been there almost an hour by that point,to which we were told "it's coming now '. By the time we had paid the bill we had been there just short of 2 hours... Plus the fact we had to order extra drinks and then be charged for them due to waiting for so long was taking it a bit too far. With Porters opening across the road I feel that Bill and Coo need to up their game or they'll start losing...

A really poor experience. We'd booked only to be told our table was in use but that we could use another table but would have to move half way through our meal, which we said was unacceptable. When we ordered we were told there was an hour wait for food as they were overwhelmed - which we accepted. 40 minutes into that hour another waitress came to take our order. When we pointed out that we had already ordered, there was a look of panic. Apparently their tablet wasn't on the WiFi when they took our order the first time around. They offered to expedite the order but we'd still have to wait at least another 30 minutes. At that point we gave up and chose to do something different for Mother's Day lunch.

I'd suggest not going here on a celebration day, even if...

Like this place but could definitely do better , called in on Boxing Night and admittedly it was a little busy but a 20 minute wait to get a drink is a little bit excessive. The staff although very polite seem a little chaotic , at one point I counted 4 behind the bar and still we waited for drinks ! Now the good , the menu is a bit limited but the food is good , no complaints there whatsoever . Now the very bad ,there seems to be no washing facilities in the toilets which are individual so no washing hands after the loo and although we are in a Covid crisis at the moment there was no hand sanitizer on the tables !! This is a lovely place , just doesn't seem to be able to cope when a little bit busy , but will...
