Taslima — Local services in Bolton

I’ve been ordering from here for a couple of years now. My husband was born and raised in Bangladesh, but he lives in Canada. I move there in 5 months forever, and the only place I will miss the most is Taslima Bangladeshi. I order from here because it reminds me of all the delicious food I eat when I visit my husband and his family. I am a huge biryani fan, and their chicken biryani is so so delicious (Moja!) and I adore the staff. They are the sweetest, and super kind to me. I always get some samosas too. I had a hard time finding a place that does nice samosas that aren’t filled with oil and damp/mushy. These are always so crispy and perfectly cooked. I’ve never had an upset stomach or fallen ill after eating here. I don’t order food from anywhere else, I refuse!

Recently my partner came in and they said my card declined I gave him my phone and he went back with the confirmation on my bank statement that the money had came out, tonight I went in to order some food and was greeted by a rude man telling me if my card declines again he’s keeping my food I told him that we proved last time the money had came out of my bank and it wasn’t my fault their card reader wasn’t working he went on to say he doesn’t care and he will eat my food himself, he was extremely rude and nasty ,there was definitely no customer service at all the way he was speaking to me, a 17 year old girl that wasnt even there when their card machine didn’t work last was horrible I will never be...

The food from here is excellent, never had a bad meal but the last twice i have ordered its been the same delivery guy. He stops his car in the middle of the road between 2 cars so blocking the full street. then he stands on the pavement facing my window and clicking his fingers. when we opened the door he ran into the garden and ran straight back out. the second time he runs into my garden drops the bag of food and runs away back to the pavement. This guy is a joke and i wont be ordering again until...
