Well considering it has great certificates all over the place they can't get a simple order correct I went in I ordered 1 thing a sheek kebab roll with salad and mint sauce I waited 10 mins and got given my food I asked the guy behind the counter if its what I ordered he assured me it was I was charged 9 pound for this on a normal nan bread when I got home it was a chicken tikka kebab not happy atal so I rang them and told them and the guy said he never checked it but if I walk all the way back i can have what i ordered im 15 mins away so I was charged 9 pound for chic on nan the chicken didn't taste of anything the nan was soggy as they come it was worst thing I've seen if they think I will return for my food so they can spit in it before they give it me think again I will never go back there and I will never recommend this place it's all precooked food reheated in woks n pans...

I actually score this as a big fat 0. I didn't get as far as actually eating food, tried to make an order but the guy on the other end was insistant that he couldn't hear me. I kept repeating my order and he still kept saying 'I can't hear you' , this went for some time when he eventually got my order I then had to give my name and that was task in itself. I understand that sometimes there maybe problems with the line or whatever but I have never spoken to anyone as rude in my life. He was obnoxious, patronising and began to speak to me as if a was a child. After several attempts at trying to spell my name (which is only 4 letters) he was still unable to grasp it, at that point I lost the will To live and cancelled the order, HE HEARD THAT FIRST TIME FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON. I WILL NEVER PHONE THAT PLACE AGAIN!!! Perhaps a hearing aid would be useful...

Have been using this take away for sometime.

More expensive than others but usually very good quality food.

Last night ordered on the phone and told would be 1 and quarter hours before collection,no problem Saturday night appreciate they are busy.

Collected at time specified but not impressed Onion Bharges were burnt and hard,Madras curry was inedible and rice was cold and full of water.

Poppadoms were fine,paid a lot of money for a few poppadoms.

I will not be eating here again.

Sorry for bad review but if you are busy I suggest you stop taking orders if you cannot keep up the same...
