Grillicious Parmesans, Burgers and Shakes — Restaurant in Bolton

So we decided to try this place instead of our usual Mash's chicken place. The reviews here were mostly good and we fancied a shake.

Ordered online, two chicken meals, wings and two large shakes. It cost £26, and due to living 5 miles away we had to collect.

Picked up the food, got home, then realised there was no sauce on the chicken (supposed to be peri peri), and the two sauces I ordered and paid extra for weren't there either... rang up and told them and I was told I could come and collect them. Not being funny but why should I drive there and back again because they forgot to give me the sauce for my meals & the extras I'd paid for. Asked the girl if they could drop them off if the delivery man was anywhere near Bromley Cross?? She told me they don't deliver here, but after I explained why I feel they should make the effort (and after she asked me 'what do you want me to do?!?') they said they would drop them off. I put my food in the oven as it was already only luke warm, my husband was starving so he ate his dry chicken... the delivery man turned up after 30-40 minutes with a chilli and garlic mayo.... my sauces were peri peri x3 and garlic mayo... I gave up and ate my food.

The shakes were nice but pretty expensive, the fries were nice and the chicken ok... but I had a hair in my food.. granted that could of come off of me after I faffed with my food so much.

So the morale of the story is stuck to what you know and like... if you want grilled chicken go Mashs, if you want a shake come here... just...

after seeing this place a few times and liking the look of the menu, we decided to treat ourselves and the kids to a delivery. Paced and paid for our order at 6:05pm using their own app... at 7:20pm we had to ring the place to find were our food was, only to face an extremely rude members of staff that told us several different things from "we've had no order for your address" to "it's 20 minutes away"(that was after we told them we had a confirmation text and they had taken payment, as we check the bank balance before ringing)

20minutes come and go, and there's still no sign of any food, and the kids are really complaining at this point. 7:55pm and the car pulls up outside and finally brings us our order almost 2hours after we ordered. By the time we got the food in the house and started unwrapping it, we not only realise thst 50% of the order is wrong (items we paid extra for where missing) but that the the food was also cold and the delivery driver had shot off.

We ring the them and try to explain, but where met with an extremely rude and unhelpful members of staff (I hope it was normal staff, because If it was a manager they really need some customer service training) who basically couldn't care less. After arguing with them for a good few minutes they say "fine, we'll replace it, but need half an hour".

Well, half an hour came and went, and they never brought the replacement food. So by this point we decided to just eat the cold food as we knew we weren't getting anything from this place. £30 right...

If I could give a 0 star review I would. This place has a disgusting level of customer service and DO NOT KNOW HOW TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMERS. I ordered food at 19.00 it arrived at 19.45, missing two items at a total of £8 for the two items. I rang the restaurant and was told 20 mins. Not great but I could deal with that. 20.35 and the food still had not arrived. I called them again and was told I would be called back as the person who was dealing with it was not there. 10 minutes later and no phone call. I rang AGAIN and said I didn't want the food now I wanted my money back. A man then came on the food giving me excuses, not a single apology. I told him I didn't want the food and I just wanted the money back. I said his customer service is disgusting. I said I just wanted my money back for the two items that were missing from my original order. I was basically told no because it was on its way. I was told to shut up and listen as the service was not disgusting. The delivery guy came I told him to take the food back as I didn't want it. Then I watched him come back leave the food on the doorstop and leave again. I will be claiming the money backnfrom my bank for the WHOLE ORDER. This place is disgusting, the 'manager' is self-righteous and stuck up. I will NEVER order from thus company again and I would warn others from...
