Always been our go to pizza takeaway for a long time and was great. Last order resulted in a poor review by me but thought it might be a one off so ordered again this evening. Sorry to say the food was worse yet!! Pizzas cold, garlic mushrooms totally overcooked ( burnt) and hash browns tasteless. After many years of using this establishment will no longer use it after last 2 orders. Not even any contact from business when a very loyal customer has been so dissapointed with last 2 orders. They make great pizza's usually. However they have hired an idiot of a takeaway driver. Took payment, then he decided it would be a great idea to place the smaller box containing (garlic bread) under the larger 16" box containing the (pizza) which fell on the floor as it was handed over and then proceeded to laugh! Spoke to the manager who assured a replacement one would be sent after the delivery driver admitted he had made a blunder. Which never turned up. A long time customer will never...

been using Trogan for many many years.. think they are the best pizzas going.. however tonight when trying to order via just eat.. minimum spend for delivery as now gone up to £14.. if it's under this it's £3.50 for delivery.. however at the side of Trogan when looking through on just eat it say's £9 minimum order £1 delivery charge..this must have only gone up as we ordered around 2 weeks ago and the minimum spend was £9.. so please check your bill...
