The ride itself and the concept is great however execution is terrible.

When we got in the boat, there was a puddle of water that was CALF DEEP and it was all black and disgusting. Staff said we could take our shoes off but it would be disgusting to put our feet in the black water - I saw people whilst in the queue put their feet with blisters in the water.

You have to take your shoes and belonging in the ride but we also got soaked. The belongings and makeup in my bag are water damaged now so it’s ridiculous there’s no where to store items.

We were near the front of the fast track queue but had to wait 40 mins for our turn- the normal queue said it was a 30 min wait so that was a waste of fast track and we could’ve gone on other rides so that’s disappointing especially as people we saw in the normal queue got to...

Quite a long que to get on the rides and if I'm being honest to get off the ride too, each time I've been on it, the ride has been full of water that goes over your shoes so be prepared. The journey to the top of the slide is also a bit rough as you feel every bump. Then after the slide down you are then stuck in a que to be let off too. In my personal opinion if they maybe had a extra colleague or 2 the que times could be massively improved as the person letting guests on is always been pulled in lots of different directions. It's a ok ride if you haven't had to que too long for it. If you are just wanting a ride to get you wet tidal wave is much better and the rapids I would rate above...

There was a puddle of polluted/ toxic-like water that reached calf height and there was so many unknown substance inside and disgusting. Staff said we could take our shoes off, and the feet NEEDED to be stepping onto the floor, which means soaking into the disgusting water. The hygiene awareness was ridiculously low, what if someone has small wound, and the harmful bacteria or substances gets into the body, or someone that has bad hygiene and spreading disease? The consequences are unimaginable. It's totally unacceptable. Additionally, you have no where to store items or sit and clean and...
