Unbelievably Bad Experience

I honestly can't believe how awful this place is. After leaving a negative review before , I decided to give them a second shot. BIG mistake. When I tried to order, the guy literally told me, "You left a bad review, so we can't serve you." Seriously? Apparently, if you don’t leave a perfect review, you’re not welcome.

It’s mind-blowing that a pizza shop would turn away customers just because they didn’t kiss up with fake praise. The pizza isn’t even good enough to justify this kind of childish behavior. Don’t worry, though—there are plenty of other pizza places that actually want my business.

Go ahead and keep your bad customer service and mediocre food. I’ll be eating somewhere else.

I’d Definitely recommend Thames Pizza it's my first time trying this place it's definitely blown my mind with the delicious flavours and the food texture is honestly perfect I have to say your chef is very good and I’m soo glad your using top quality products for your food and not like other cheap shops.

I had ordered a huge meal for the family they all loved it especially if you like your wings and chips and it’s freshly made definitely try this place it's the one!

The kids loved your pizzas they selected, they are doing my head in for more so see you soon again your chef has definitely won the kids heart with the delicious flavours.

I’ll be booking again soon for my kids birthday party.

I live locally to the shop and have been using it since it opened. Initially I was very impressed with the food and service, however in the last month I have had two deliveries that I would consider to be seriously sub standard. Of late the pizzas have been over cooked to the point of "cremation".. visibly burnt all over and the toppings have become less and less. How hard is it to cook a pizza and not burn it? I hope they read this review and take the necessary steps to rectify it, otherwise there's plenty of other pizza shops in the area to choose from. Currently...
