Will never eat there again ! I have been a customer for years. Today I went there had a large chicken kebab with my order once I got home realised it was missing. Got back to the shop to say that it was missing at the same time as a younger boy on a bike bringing back my kebab saying he was missing his chips ! They then went on to offer me the kebab that the boy had brought back , I refused said il wait for a fresh one. As I’m sat waiting I see one of the workers empty the old kebab back into the holding pot they have on the front counter then once mine was ready he cut it off into a pan then went and put that on top of the old stuff thinking I didn’t notice ! The actual fish and chips shop is nice, the food is always hot and cooked fresh just 1 thing besides the takeaways is if you use a delivery service like Just Eat or Uber Eats you need to make sure you always check your delivery is correct and up to standards because some of the delivery drivers eat some of your food before they deliver it or other occasions food turns up late and cold or rare but happens is your delivery might not arrive at all, means you can't trust the delivery service so be cautious always. People who don't drive themselves have no choice but to use delivery services. If anything happens with your food orders you have to contact the delivery service you used for refunds and reports!
