I’ve been a loyal customer here for over 4 years, but my experience on 27/09/2025 was absolutely awful. The man with glasses on the till was extremely rude.

I entered at 21:54, but he immediately said the shop was closed because the till shuts at 10. I explained I had come from Ely and had always supported this shop, but his response was: “If you’re coming from Ely, you should come earlier. I’m not serving.” He said this in front of other customers, who even laughed at me — very humiliating.

What made it worse is that when I left, I saw another person enter a minute later, and he served them without any problem. That shows it was personal and completely unprofessional.

In the past, Hemant and Ishwar have always given excellent service, but this short man with glasses was arrogant, rude, and clearly lacks basic customer service skills.

One of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had here. I will not be going back...
