Sam's Grill — Local services in Charnwood

We have ordered from Sams grill in Shepshed often and we have never had any issues, we have always been pleased with the food and quality. Unfortunately I couldn't say the same for the meal we received tonight. First of all the order took ages to arrive and the delivery time had to be changed for a further 30 mins due to not arriving. The food the arrived was well disgusting. The pizza made me sick due to how salty it was which meant it had to go in the bin. The chips arrived cold and the burger was burnt to the point it also had to go in the bin as recked the taste of the burger. Can't rate this place enough. Ordered via Justeat and their driver delivered my food within half an hour, piping hot too!

Ordered the grub box, incredibly spiced chicken strips and wings, MAD stir fried doner meat with onions, mushrooms and pepper, a phat OG burger on the side which was very well put together. No slimy bun or overly greasy meat, just fresh ingredients and lots of flavour. Oh and some fries on the side that were almost too much to cram in! This box is amazing, so much for the money and it's rare to find a takeaway that takes this much pride in the appearance and the quality of their food. 10 out of 10 out of 10...

Just have my food arrive and all I can say is wow! The peri strips taste so fresh and so flavourful without being overpowering and the mixed kebab is easily the nicest kebab I’ve ever had and it’s a fair drive from sams grill to my address.
