Domino's Pizza - Coventry - City Centre — Local services in Coventry

This is the email I sent to dominos in Far Gosford Street on the 29th June 2018, I have not had any response as of yet that is why I am posting this review.

To whom it may concern,

I am writing to you regarding the poor service I received last night on the 28th June 2018 at 7:40pm, I purchased a pizza from your store in Far Gosford Street.

After 1 hour of waiting I thought I should call the store and enquire as to where my pizza was, I was then told they were running 30 minutes behind so I told them that was fine.

After a further 30minutes (1hour 30minutes) I called again to enquire where my delivery was to which I was told it was 10 - 20minutes away, I said that is fine.

After another 30 minutes (2hours) I call a third time and I was told the delivery driver is almost here, which I was was not to happy about but I accepted that.

Then after a final 30 minutes (2hours 30minutes) I called a fourth time to which I was told my order was cancelled as the driver could not contact me. I did not receive any calls on the contact number I provided. The door had not been knocked and the buzzer had not been pressed.

They sent another order out to me and refunded the old one which I was told will take a month to appear in my account. I then paid for the second order which I received after 30minutes.

In summary I am not satisfied with the service I received and the fact that I have no way to confirm that my refund has infact been refunded. I would like to know how you propose to compensate me for the terrible customer service I have recieved. If this issue is not resolved I will be putting a review on to the website and contacting Dominoes customer care.

I am soo fed up.

I made a order tonight (Monday 27th May 2019 at 9:45pm approx.). The driver could not find my address nor do not knock on my door at all. So the order back to the store at 120 Far Gosford Street Coventry CV1 5EA . I contacted the store they said the order went back to them and once they find another driver available they will send it back hot and wanted us to wait for up to another 30-45 mins to an hour for them to deliver our so called "hot" pizzas. When pizzas had finally arrived they were as cold as a ice which was a waste of my money. I deeply express to them how I did not wish for my children's pizza to be cold wanted them to be reasonably hot, the man on the phone said that they will be keep the pizzas hot but unfortunately it was not want I asked for at all. It not eatable- £25 wasted!

I have come to conclusion that I will NOT be ordering any Dominos Pizza especially from your branch 120 Far Gosford Street Coventry CV1 5EA EVER AGAIN and recommend to other future customers who I come across that wishes to buy/eat your so called "hot" and extremely late pizzas NOT to waste their hopes and money from the Branch after this experience.

I truly believe that after the order went back to the store, they were kept there for a long time than usual after when they found another driver they did not wish to gives us a fresh new order of our pizzas even knowing fully well that they were not worth selling and not what we had asked for; even though the man on the phone said that we will give you another fresh new pizzas.
