Went here so repetitively. The guy who used to worked here, is not here anymore. He was the sweetest! And today, went here but receive such an inappropriate service from the staff. I was waiting for 5 minutes when he was there, busy doing somewhat like drilling the wall and ignoring me while only saying “wait okay”... and i was like, “okay...” but i’ve been standing here as your customer, why can’t you be respectful? Not only that, I finally get to order my waffle for takeaways. And he actually, input my order and while making my order, this guy (and the driller guy) was DRILLING the wall. Can you imagine the dusts that was flew away, hopefully not in my order, but i’m talking about hygiene here. Not only that i receive the most terrible service in this place, but now i am questioning the hygiene. At least, if you would like to drill something, do it when your store is still close. You’re opening hour start at 3pm, and you could actually drilling your thing beforehand. Too bad. This place has become my favourite for months, and now it just scrambled in my eyes. I miss your old staff btw, he is more polite than you guy now.

Read moreI usually dont write reviews, but with the experience I received from SweeetSpot today I HAD to leave one. The customer service that I received, was exceptional. We ordered deserts from here a couple of times before too but just ordered again after a VERY long time. So for one of the things I had ordered, they had forgotten my gelato, so I called them and told them that im missing my gelato, I wasnt annoyed or upset because I understood that it was a mistake. The lady who dealt with this was very very polite and professional, she along with her manager were both very kind, understanding and apologetic, and they immediately sent someone with my gelato. Much to my surprise, not only had they sent me a generous scoop of the gelato, but they also sent a few other little goodies! I was not expecting that- but I was indeed quite surprised and very very appreciative- a massive thank you Sweet Spot for going above and beyond, I truly really appreciate and value the level of customer service and generosity that I recieved from you today. May your business thrive and continue to be full of staff who are amazing, understanding and honest. Thank you so so much for the delicious, spoon licking deserts, I shall definitely be ordering...
Read moreLeaving this review in response to your defensive and dishonest reply to Kelly Atkins’ review: 1: When the food had not been delivered 25 minutes later than it should have, I phoned you. You initially could not find my order. You then located my order and said “the driver left ages ago”. I stated that I was concerned about what the quality of the food would be however at that point the doorbell rang and I confirmed that I was going to answer the door. I would add that I was on the phone to you for approximately 1 minute and at no point did you apologise and I would expect this should have been the first thing you should have said. 2: Your delivery driver did NOT apologise and did NOT offer to return or replace the food.
You say that nothing more could have been done on your part. Perhaps rather than attempt to justify how you and your staff have provided or not provided good customer service and delivery, you should consider the many reviews on both google and just eat expressing how disappointing...
