Do not ever go to Priory Hall or any accommodation facilitated by FutureLets!!!!!

I was assigned to Priory Hall because the accommodation I actually wanted to go to was completely booked and another accommodation I wanted to go to was suddenly not available to Exchange students. Priory Hall is an outdated, dirty and inconvenient accommodation with a lack of good facilities. The bathrooms are often shared with more than 5 people, there are garbage shoots on every other hallway, I had one in front of my door and my room constantly smelled like garbage, and the kitchenettes do not provide you with an oven or a cooking stove and thus you are obliged to eat out every weekend, which costs tons of money. Additionally, during my stay, there was someone who deliberately set off the firealarm and over a period of two months this happened almost every night. FutureLets did not succeed in finding the person responsible even though there is a guard on site 24/7. Because of this situation I went home for a whole month, because I was too tired to function. Furthermore, the drying facilities broke down multiple times, which resulted in the fact that we had to go to other facilities to use the dryers, the WiFi is extremely slow, there was a construction ground which was active from mon-sat from 07:30 until 17:30, and the neighbourhood is awful (homeless people, drugs etc). You have to pay €750 euros per month for this accommodation, however, you still have to buy food in the weekends, pay for the washing facilities and buy tickets back home, because trust me, you want to go home. These four months will cost you about €7500 euro’s, so please save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

P. S. If you decide to go to FutureLets with a complaint, they will only give you excuses and say that they are handling it, while you are paying €750 per month for broken dryers, hallways that smell like garbage and...

An extremely bad experience in my life, they are irresponsible and only know how to make money from students without ever caring about the problems students face, always pushing responsibility onto students when they encounter problems. any problem. I paid 18 thousand pounds for my 2 year course, but I only studied 2 out of 6 terms and encountered many terrible things, first they did not let me enroll, they said information mine was not in the system, I had to contact many places for help, this made me enroll 1 month later than other students but I did not receive any apology, most of the staff At the student center, they were rude and unprofessional. I came because I needed help, but they made things difficult for me, even the staff shouted at me and said they wouldn't handle this case. That day, they even yelled at me. There are many other foreign students who are in the same situation as me. The second time happened a few months later, they suddenly locked all my study accounts until I contacted them again, they explained it was because I owed tuition, what the hell was going on, I was I didn't miss a penny before, I immediately asked to check again and then a few weeks later they said they didn't know I had a tuition discount, they checked again and applied it to me, and now They owe me £455. That was nothing until they stopped sponsoring my visa and sent me back to my country without refunding any money to me because they said I did not attend all classes, OMG who did I import? I went to school 1 month late and why my account was locked, leading to me not being able to go to school. I presented it to them with specific evidence, but how could it be fair in such a poor educational environment? I will do my best to get...

I am still currently a student of Coventry university, I am doing my masters in International Business. The teacher Sarfraz Khan is a racist in previous year I went to upper management filled in my complaint with witnesses and 2 managers present and they still did not give him the sack. secondly Coventry University is not good for british students because they put you in groups with non english speakers mainly chinese students and they force you to work together, so your group presentations will be poor effecting your final grade. I have done all the hard work and they just sit together and talk in their own language. this is not the university i signed up too. The pass grade is alot easier I am doing Masters but the work im recieveing is HND, so they are just passing the students. Coventry is a poor dull, city with tower blocks everywhere and weird spaghetti junctions with a world war 2 post modern era. The Univeristy is the main attraction which boosts Coventry economy how sad is that. So they will take as much students as they can. Each interntional student has £60,000 bill to pay for 3 years including education and accomditation. its a big business.Coventry university is about quantity not quality of students. this can be in alot of UK univerisities because the UK government is desperate for international students. Very poor experience a student of Coventry for 4 years never recommend...
