Ordered over the phone 2 chicken shish kebabs with salad and sauce. 1 kebab pizza, 1 large Fries and a garlic bread. Was told a free garlic bread comes with the order as we had spent over £25. The ordered arrived an hour later however the garlic bread was a cheese garlic bread which we will not eat as we don't like cheesy garlic bread. Rang Cyprus to tell them of the mistake to be told the garlic bread is free and comes with cheese. However we didn't order a cheesy garlic bread, we ordered normal garlic bread. The person on the phone was very rude and was shouting down the phone saying we would need to pay another £4 for a garlic bread 👀 We refused to pay any extra as the order was incorrect and we shouldn't have to pay any extra. After a few mins on the phone with Cyprus they agrees to send out the garlic bread we had ordered for free. However shortly after this we noticed that they had only sent 1 salad portion for our 2 chicken shish kebabs, so my partner rang them back to advise them of this. Once again the person at Cyprus Gardens on the phone was very rude to my partner and was shouting down the phone why we hadn't mentioned the salad was missing when we called the first time regarding the missing garlic bread, well the reason for this was that we didn't start eating anything from the order as we wanted to eat together so was waiting for the garlic bread to turn up. Eventually after a few mins of discussion they agreed to send another Salad out for our kebab. Overall the customer service was absolutely shocking, the food was cold by the time we ate it and the chicken shish was very dry and overcooked. Overall am awful experience and certainly won't be ordering from this place ever again. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! 0...

I'm sorry I have to do this as I am a business owner myself but unfortunately the food here is absolutely poor and disgusting. I actually ordered a chicken shish wrap but a lamb wrap came. It's late so I didn't moan. As soon as I bit into it the whole thing was pure fat. Not once piece of lamb in there. Cheap meat and cheap ingredients. The garlic mayo has zero taste of garlic just some type of yoghurt. This place needs seeing too. The quality of food is awful. There are a lot of take aways out there now that are 💯 percent better than this one. Have ordered many times from cypress gardens and have always been happy with the service and quality of food until my last order, after ordering for a specific time for delivery, unfortunately my order arrived 1 hour 30 mins early. I spoke with the shop and they sent a driver back to collect and advised they would deliver at the requested time slot. They did re deliver and when I opened the food felt a little disappointed, the pizza base and garlic bread was very dry and hard the chips where dry., the meat was ok but certainly not up to the usual standard we have had previously.
