Doncaster Mansion House — Attraction in Doncaster

Visited this place today during an open day. WOW. What a stunning place. So pleased to have the opportunity to visit. We took advantage of a guided tour. The volunteers were great and very informative. If you are interested in the history of Doncaster this is a 'must see' place.

I photographed a wedding at this location at the weekend and I have to say it's a huge improvement over the old registry office. The wedding took place in a room known as The Kitchens. The rooms its self is lovely and opens out onto a small courtyard for group shots after the ceremony. Only downside for me is the location right on the city centre...
