Carr House Road Doncaster Branch. Order number 161131202 ordered this evening at approximately 17:30 this evening . Lovely pizzas but my problem is and yes partly my fault for being in the front garden when this poor excuse of a little young man came to the door and spoke with my 14 year old daughter. Who passed this him a £20 pound note, for him then to turn walk off and drive away with the change of £6:00. Now those of you who know me Well the six quid is nothing I would have left half of that in a tip. So I contacted the shop and spoke with ( Bruce ) manager who was quite Ok " don't worry Mr Walsh I shall have him come back on his next delivery and drop it off must have been a mistake ". On expressing my concerns I believe he has took advantage of a young girl, I again was told he will be on his way to drop return the money. 20:00 hrs knock on the door from a little weird looking kid and in my opinion I MEAN REALLY WEIRD LOOKING. He knocked on the door in full Dominoes uniform and didn't say a word and passed me the £6:00.

I asked " are you the guy who delivered the pizzas " YES HE REPLIED. I asked "So why didn't you give my daughter the change before just walking away". He replied :Well I was going too but she closed the door ". So I asked "Being an employee of such a big chain and hopefully a reponsable and trustworthy person didn't you think of saying : hang on young lady YOUR CHANGE. He replied "NO ITS ONLY A GIRL !!!!!!!! I myself can't really tell you what I said to him because I'm told not to use bad language on face book. But I can tell he left the garden in a hurry and he or any pizza from Dominoes will not be returning to my door. I consider myself to be a good judge of character and yes we can only go on fist impressions but I kid you not, this little weirdo was WEIRD. If you order a Pizza from thus place, make sure an ADULT Answers the door. People of Doncaster please feel free to share this so that other parents answer the door...

Daughter ordered her pizza , wedges and cookie dough online . After over an hour since placing order and over half an hour of waiting after receiving email confirmation it was on its way . We rang to find out where it was and were told there was no record of order . Double checked number and rang again to confirm it was definitely that branch. The lad who answered the phone was new and had to keep asking the manager what to do . He then took the phone number again and said it had come up as being delivered . Obviously it hadn't or we wouldn't be ringing . Told her to go online and apply for a refund 3 days for it to go back in account , so that wasn't happening . They reordered it all and offered a larger pizza . Felt sorry for young lad , as he was new. Instead of him having to keep asking the manager what to do the manager should have got on the phone and dealt with it himself . It was their mistake as the address was correct on the order. Someone in the street obviously got a free pizza courtesy of my daughter . Manager needs to be retrained and learn to deal with problems instead of making a new employee deal with the fallout and delivery person needs to look at addresses correctly and deliver to right address . Can't fault the young lad on phone , he was very apologetic and polite , but you could tell he was out of his depth . Manager needs to do the job he gets paid...

Ordered 4 medium pizzas yesterday with 2 toppings on each and for whatever reason they charged £10 each pizza rather than the regular deal of £7.99 I asked the lady behind the till why she overcharged me and she soon realised her mistake but said i couldn’t get any money back or any form of compensation like extra food or large pizzas which every other dominoes I have been to will do, I forgot about her mistake and told her not to worry about it I then received the pizzas only to find non of them were cooked enough the dough on the inside of the pizzas was raw and chewy, the cheese and toppings all fell off the base the moment the slices were lifted out the box, the pizzas were just an under cooked mushy mess and to top it off the floor of the kitchen was covered in food it looked like they hadn’t cleaned the kitchen in weeks, the whole experience was dreadful and I normally love dominoes but I will never go to that franchise again what a waste of...
