Seemed to be more expensive when paying on entry than on the Internet booking ( tried booking online but eveytime I tried to book a time it stated it was fully booked). You don't just pay for your child to play, adult's have to pay to get the privilege of sitting/ watching your child use the facilities!!! Whilst sat at a table I ate some pasta and drank a bottle of water whilst dad went in and watched our toddler playing to be then approached by a abrupt woman from the center telling me I was unable to eat food or drink that wasn't purchased at the play center. Shocked I said excuse me ?? She said you aren't able to eat anything that isn't purchased here. I then stated I was breast feeding and I'm on a specific diet (not that I needed to even explain myself!)She gave me a foul look and said I didn't know that and turned and walked away. Ive never been to a soft play and 1. Had to pay for every adult attending and 2. Be forced into purchasing food from the play center if you are hungry or thirsty. This should be a choice ! It's disgusting!! Given the current financial crisis what if I was unable to afford purchasing dinner for myself and bought in lunch from home to save on expenses ?? Having to explain myself especially in the abrupt manor I was approached with got me really upset. I was half expecting she would come back and say the same about my sons juice cup we had bought from home !!! After getting home and looking at the website in full detail it does explain on the faqs about not been able to eat from outside the center, and apparently its states all around the play center about this. I can't say I even thought to look around for a sign that states I can't eat/drink if it wasn't bought there. Disgusting policy. Won't...

We absolutely love Play Valley! It’s everything you could want in a soft play centre — clean, safe, well-organised, and packed with fun. From the moment we walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and clearly passionate about creating a positive experience for both kids and parents.
