Morrisons Cafe — Restaurant in Doncaster

Never going Back, used to be alright, it's since changed so you can't swap items on the breakfast and charge 75p per extra item instead... (the "chef's" aren't competent at remembering everything on a standard breakfast, nevermind swapping things out now) the last 4 times we've been there have ALWAYS forgotten something... they have one job imagine been that bad at a basic job... then 3 of us get our full english (all have something different missing again) but, at which point our friend who is still waiting for hers gets told "sorry we have no poached eggs on toast, but we can do fried"..... they seriously can't poach an egg or be bothered to do one that isn't in a batch, when the cafe is dead, not busy at all?!? Instead they would rather get a manager to refund the £2.50 for the egg on toast which took over 10 minutes... (she refused to have a fried egg out of principle and how they mess up every order the last 4 times +)... truly pathetic service, incompetent staff, i only feel sorry for the servers getting the brunt of it while it's the NVQ level 1 in using a microwave "chefs" they employ and the lack of training/management they have.

Funy how they run out of bacom, eggs, sausage, hash browns or what ever, go to isle 22 and get some 😆.. rant over, never returning. Woodfield farm do a breakfast buffe for £4.99 acorss the road, way better service and value for money. It's not worth the headache going to morrisons even if...

Called in for the £10 breakfast deal, so due to price, expectations were not high. The 3 stars is for the food only, decent breakfast, although not very hot. Good thick sliced tiger bread toast with plenty butter. For the price good value. BUT the whole place is disgustingly filthy. I had to search through the cutlery for clean ones, and not just water marks, i mean dried on food. The tables needed scrubbing never mind wiping. I went into the shop and bought some cleaning wipes, to clean before i could sit and eat. What ever has happened to the cleaning everyone did during covid,its as if covid has been forgotten about. Will definitely think twice before...

No stars from me!! But appears you have to put at least 1 star to post a review!! What is the point of this?? Absolutely terrible service from start to finish. I initially ordered through just eat. Half my items were missing. Which is surely not up to the delivery driver to check as hes packing the meals up. That lies with the cafe staff to give all that was orderd on line. The just eat delivery man dropped my food and left me to pick it up because he was afraid of a cat that was near my front door. He was so rude . So not only half my order was missing I literally had it thrown at me. Shall not be ordering...
