Disappointed with the service. Asked the assistant at the till to check the cartons of milk as I believed one appeared to be leaking. He said they were fine. Then passed all me other goods through fast and I literally felt they were being slammed through. Awful and disrespectful customer service. I only shop in places with self check out queues due to my severe social anxiety, been here before and used the self check out with a trolley no problems, today I had to deal with a rude sales assistant who denied me the use of the self check out due to the too many items, those being 4 bottles of water and a few boxes of chocolates and meat. Today i had 2 methods of payment of my groceries. I had cash for my neighbour groceries and needed a receipt. When I proceed to pay my groceries with my card for some reason it's declined though enough money..so the manager was contacted but before I could explain he became very loud and unprofessional.
