Burger King — Restaurant in Scotland

I recently visited Burger King in Forge Retail just over 2 weeks ago. I had taken my grandchildren out for a teatime treat before I went on holiday. They thoroughly enjoyed their meal as did I . Staff were excellent, very hands-on with the smaller ones . I had to use the toilets on this occasion, which I normally wouldn't do as I don't like using public toilets , but this time I had to as one of the younger ones needed to go . I couldn't believe what I saw. The toilets were amazingly spotless and sparkling, not a bit of dust or dirt at all well done to the staff who cleaned them . Back to the food, mine was nice fresh, and the way I wanted it, no lettuce, just chicken and mayo. The children were a bit more difficult, and the staff coped exceedingly well with them . In all honesty, I had to tell my grandkids I would buy them something from B&M as they wanted happy meals, and I don't like McDonalds . There food is always cold when you get it . The only downfall of eating there is that you must have changed the suppliers for your chips as they haven't been as nice for a few months now. Our visit was valued for money , staff friendly , restaurant spotless, and staff were on hand to go check toilets, etc, for cleanliness. We will be back for more...

PLEASE DO YOURSELF AND YOUR FAMILY A FAVOUR AND GO ELSEWHERE AND BE SAFE had a delivery via an app and half the order arrived delivery driver was an angry man Uber east wouldn’t help so had to go to restaurant where the manager was full of attitude and couldn’t care less stating wasn his issue was the delivery app to blame! Who packed the meal Connor? Whilst in restaurant angry driver appeared to start abuse and had to be asked to leave me alone Again manager said wasn’t his issue even thought WAS IN HIS STORE FOR WHICH HE HAS A DUTY OF CARE My advice if your a line female is avoid this place as clearly they have zero control over any aspect of the business and employ drivers be it thru apps or not that present a danger to the public with unwarranted aggression Complaint made to high level and police involved by a concerned passing meme we of public who witnessed it all High level complaint made and awaiting reply resolution and have involved social media to post everything should they not put this right

Absolutely appalling service this Friday evening at Burger King Parkhead (23rd May) Popped in this evening at 1720 approx for a quick bite to eat on the way home, firstly my wife and I tried to order from the App in the car - no joy - the App refused to progress past the "I'm here" button. Gave up in the end and went into the restaurant. Which wasn't any better!!! Stood at the counter for at least five minutes without getting any acknowledgement at all, as the person at the counter was far too busy getting Just Eat / Deliveroo orders ready rather than serve waiting customers.

Eventually managed to grab someones attention and was abruptly told to use the self serve kiosk. So I did this, after which I had to wait another ten minutes for my food to be handed to me (Order No75 if any of the staff serving this evening read this). There were other customers who had been waiting for a long time for their food too, so this wasn't just me.

Avoid this branch if you are in a hurry. I definitely won't be back, especially at those prices by the way!!! (£17.23 for a Whopper Meal and a Bacon Double Cheeseburger Meal)
