The Red Tiffin Takeaway — Local services in Great Britain

I ordered a takeaway meal from the Red Tiffin tonight and I was very disappointed in part of my meal order. This was the "Duke deal" which was a basic pizza, 2 toppings, a donner kebab and chips. The delivery driver could not locate my address, despite using satnav, which meant my food was 15 minutes late outwith my time slot. On opening my kebab it was very disappointing as there was no salad or sauce at all. Even though the bread on which the kebab meat sat had clear traces of sauce around the edges. When I called to ask about this I was told that salad and sauce was not included in the particular deal I ordered. I checked again on the app/menu and it did not say either way whether it was included it not. Had it said it was not included then I would have ordered it. Never I have I heard of a donner kebab being sold or served without salad and sauce. Ever. This area of the menu needs updated. As a result a I was given bread that was past its best with some traces if sauce and a bundle of meat. Not exactly an appetising snack....

Used to be One of the best Indian takeaways in East Glasgow but tonight 13/2/22 the food arrived on time piping hot but we could not eat the chicken tikka pakora it tasted off the batter was soft and just fell off the chicken there was a load of spices all over the chicken and the box, thick brown spices every where like someone spilled the spice bottle into the box, order may 2022, chicken tikka sweetcorn pizza normal crust normal sauce but they sent us a pizza with extremely spicy sauce,!! My son was instantly sick! We both could not breathe it was that spicy! we did phone to complain and they confirmed they sent a spicy pizza which we didn't order and they said they would give a refund but we didn't receive it! Our honest review on just eat disappeared! We are now thinking if you leave a bad review the will punish you and you can't do anything about it! Just eat need to...

Used to order from here all the time. Last 2 orders have been poor. Delivery was very late and man answering phone was rude and saying driver had left. Waited a further 40 minutes after he said driver had left. Most recent order got charged for a garlic naan which did not arrive. Delivery driver returned to my property 2 hours after my order phoning and ringing my doorbell at 12am as he dropped something in my block. Woke me up! Think this is unacceptable at that hour. Phoned regarding my missing naan and was told to phone back...
