Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Scotland

Went in to Starbucks at the forge retail park for a cappuccino at 7.30 am, I had forgot to bring my mask out the house with me (easy mistake that we all make). The girl serving asked me do I have a mask i apologised said i forgot to bring it out the house, covered my mouth and nose with my jacket as I spoke, then she asked if i was exempt, I repeated that I had simply forgotten my mask, she then went on to lecture me about mask wearing and if I'm not exempt that I need to wear it, this went on and I continued to explain that I had simply forgot it. 15 minutes later I finally got my cappuccino. Since then I have been back twice for my morning coffee. Although 1 or 2 of the staff are nice, most of them are rude and lack basic customer service skills. My large (venti or whatever the largest one is) has been half full off coffee and the rest foam, no chocolate dust on top which was asked for each time, no manners, lazy, ignorant staff each time iv been. Although 1 or 2 have been nice. Photo below is what they call a venti cappuccino...

Absolutely lovely team that work here. Have visited drive thru often and today as I sat in for breakfast. Ordered the two new shaken drinks on the menu which were delicious and some baked goods. Girls at the till were so kind and complimentary and made us feel very welcome! I noticed that they had some incredibly rude customers but handled this very politely and professionally. Having worked in retail I can tell their job is very stressful with drive thru, mobile orders, sit in and takeout- but the team at the Forge always take time to make you feel special when they are taking your order or making your coffee. I’ve received compliments, positive notes on my carrier bags and always look forward to visiting this branch. You can tell this team enjoy working together and I enjoy that although this is a franchise store, it feels more like a local coffee shop because of the people who work here. PEOPLE...

1st and LAST time at Starbucks Parkhead forge. Filthy tables outside although only 2 occupied and same inside and only 1 occupied! When one of our party asked for table to be cleaned it was passed down a line of staff like silly school kids to a very rude miss who asked who wanted table cleaned and mumbled something under her breath? After waiting for quite some time for the last 1 of our 3 hot drinks to come I was told by same rude miss to have a seat as they ""were very busy"" really......... Apart from being in the midst of coronavirus and the safety precautions that should be taken, customers are entitled to cleanliness and civility from staff. As I don't wish to become unwell or insulted won't be back to this starbucks...
