All India — Local services in Great Britain

I hate to say this but I was a disappointed with the take away I had from here.

I had a couple of of dishes and both seemed a bit too 'goopy'. Quite edible and tasty but hadn't got that light, fresh feel that I've had from other Indian takeaways.

I also felt that it was quite expensive, especially when considering the portion size and the amount of meat in the sauce.

The actual shop is fine, friendly staff and the kitchen is in full view so you see just how clean and wholesome it is.

Overall it's OKish but I doubt if I'd go...

Brilliant. All I can say is these lads know how to cook great India cuisine. On holiday and searching for our favourite food, this place was not even considered with the locals but decided to visit. Best choice ever.

The garlic chili dishes were spectacular, the rice perfect and the others dishes we had were spot on.

I think this would be our local go to if we was, er local.

Had many takeaways from here. Has an open kitchen so you are able to see your food being prepared. Food isn't greasy like most indian takeaways. Nice and friendly atmosphere. The man at the desk who writes down the orders is always very friendly and nice. The kitchen staff are always very quick at preparing the food and packaging it up. Fantastic service. Best curry shop ever. Beats the clay oven anyday... Oh and they also have a 5 food hygiene rating so how can...
