Really wish people running childrens clubs would stop hiring this venue. I've no choice but to go here because I like the classes for my little ones (they are independent and not run by bounce play) but the bounce place itself is awful. Disgustingly filthy equipment, sticky tables, and you'll need to wipe your feet on the way out! Freezing aswell. Avoid the toilets if possible & definately avoid the food. Asda value frozen chips (saw the bag) taste like they are cooked in oil that needed changing last year. Make sure you take I.D for your kids because they police the building checking everyone has paid the right price. Entry is usually included in a club but you can see the steam coming out of the ladys ears when she has to let someone in for 'free'! I am assuming businesses pay to hire the room and bring custom for their over prices sweaty homemade cakes so you would think they would be more welcoming of regulars and not treat then like second class citizens. Honestly years ago this place was amazing!! There used to be loads of different play areas and bouncy castles and the food was lovely. Now though their penny pinching is effecting cleanliness, food quality, equipment offered and attitude towards customers. If you only want to play its over priced for what is on offer. Much better play centres to go to in Blackpool. If you are considering running a toddler group, please look for...
Read moreVisited today and was disgusted. There was a young tall girl with dark brown hair working with a red staff shirt on, who was more bothered about the make up on her face than the safety of children. Absolutely miserable. Reported to her that a young lad was locked in the party room by himself (more concerning was that his mum didn't know he was in there), and it seemed like it was such an effort for her to go and let him out! I then ordered a snack box for my niece. I waited 15 minutes after being told they bring it over (it was just a cheese sandwich that needed making), went up and asked for it, got it straight away as it had been left on the side. My niece didn't like the sandwich so myself and my mum tried it, the butter was so thickly spread it was disgusting and the bread tasted of onion! No wonder she didn't like it. Clearly staff haven't been trained on which chopping boards to use for what! Good job she doesn't have an allergy to onion. Makes me wonder how much cross contamination goes on in that kitchen. Also, my niece has been before and been on the bounce equipment, but this time she couldnt really go on anything as there was a lot of older children running riot on it! I thought there was an age restriction but there were kids on there that were about 14+ years old. Needless to say we will not be recommending and certainly will not be returning! Absolute...
Read moreHad my son’s 4th birthday party here today and Chrissy was an absolutely amazing party host, she’s a credit to the company! All of the kids had a fab time and Chrissy was constantly on hand to ensure that myself & the party were comfortable and having the best time! Chrissy had everything covered and I was able to sit back and relax knowing everyone was being looked after! A lot of the parents (who had never been to a party there) had commented on how great the party was and how much there was to do for the kids! Safe to say we’ll definitely be returning to play & hopefully hold parties here in the future! Also want to thank the rest of the team who made the event special, from phoning me prior to arrange little things for the party and greeting at the door! Thank you all so much for a brill experience & I would recommend anyone to have a party here! edit to add, had another birthday party here 2025 and had the same great experience from 2 years ago. Glad we chose to book again & Katie (the host this time) was fab, attentive & on hand when needed! All children looked like they were having a great time & everything ran smoothly! Thank you so...
