Stars Pizza Milano — Restaurant in Great Britain

Ordered twice within last two weeks. First time round, they forgot my drink. Delivery driver rang the store and they delivered it 20-30 mins later. The second time (tonight) was really bad. Food arrived super quickly but order was completely wrong, they sent me the completely wrong pizza. After calling them back up, they agreed to send me the correct order. They delivered 40 mins later but was barely warm, the chicken on my pizza is quite hard, and generally doesn’t taste nice. The chips I also ordered were quite clearly reheated, and then heavily salted to cover this up! Food has really gone downhill quickly, I will be avoiding this place from now on. On the positive side of things, the customer service is very good and the staff are very friendly. Shame...

Amazing Pizza every time... We rate it much higher than the big brand places. Whether its delivery or pick up they are friendly, kind, food is always delicious and they always bring freebies which is really fantastic. We ordered pizzas for an 11 year old birthday party the other week. Every child said it was the best pizza they had eaten. They even threw in a free garlic bread with cheese and a Pepsi. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL WE ORDERED 3 KEBAB S AND THERE CAME STONE COLD WE CALLED THEM UP AND THERE SAID WE WILL SEND NEW ONES OUT. AFTER SAYING WE WIL GIVE THE OLD ONES BACK AFTER WAITING NEARLY 2HOURS STILL NO ARRIVEAL SO WE CALLED BACK UP TODAY AND THERE SAID WE CANT DO NOTHING. SO WE ARE £18 DOWN HAD NO FOOD.
