Saturday - closed for private party - really? No info on door (I went round first thing) - nothing on website - very upset 4 year old. Notice on website that you may shut early if it's warm - well during the periods you shut early perhaps you can sort out the correct info on your website! I bet the only reason you are still in business is because you have no competition - what a way to run a business, especially one that can have such an impact on a small child - well done you - up there with the grinch and scrooge.

On Saturday 28th, around 8.30 your CCTV will show an older lady, with a large white dog, reading the notice in your window, I had been left unsure about opening from the website, that may well be my bad as I am not the most tech aware person, I do not even use any social media, hence my 'horridness' is confined to my 5 reviews in 10 years, on Google. I should add that 4 of those 5 are to give high praise, so again I find your attack astonishing. Around 11.30 I returned, by car, with my granddaughter, daughter and son-in-law to Castlemania, we parked, my son in law went in as it seemed quite busy and I thought it best to make sure there was space for my granddaughter rather than her come in and be turned away. He returned to the car and said it was private party only. I was cross because I had carried out what I believe was due diligence, even to the point of checking in person earlier that morning. Again check your CCTV for the pale green citroen and the man walking to the building then promptly returning.

Barely operating. The food is restaurant prices with microwave meals. Example is £1.20 for a small ramekin of coleslaw taken from a large tub bought from the local supermarket where you could have bought the entire tub for £1.20! Lights in loos not working, hand dryers not working, locks in loos not working, no background music, no inviting ambience. Don't have food that's advertised on menu or on advertisement posters. You even have to pay for ketchup here! Mine are 12 and 8 so we paid £11 for entry and my 12 year old was bored after 10 mins, my 8 year old got bored after 30 mins. If their prices reflected their poor offers of entertainment and food then would be fine, but they're just playing on the fact that they're the only ones in the area and not putting in any effort or not being realistic with prices. WILL NOT BE RETURNING! I'm £44 down with 2 frustrated kids and all been fed microwave meals that would've cost us £10 tops...
