The centre staff of most shops vape inside and I have to then leave as it affects my asthma. Customers vape inside and when I ask them not to I am told that it us legal because there are no signs up... The pound store has two ladies that both vape inside and then deny it. The below zero store I could not even go all the way to the back till the vape nearly crippled me. There is a shoe store closing soon... I wanted to buy a pair but had to leave. There are plenty of signposts depicting what stores are in the shopping area, but not always easy to see as you drive in.
