Okay. This places food is outstanding. The italian and the indian section are amazing. The chinese section is very small but still tasty. Where this place looses stars for us was the desserts. if you get something from Pure Sweet then it’s a different ball game but just talking about the buffet place in general, the desserts like their cheese cakes and cakes were not that great and we were left disappointed. the chocolate fountain, brownies and ice cream is great!! Just the cakes weren’t that nice when we were there. The draft is basically just water, we have been to loads of buffet places and the juice has been better which is the only reason i’m mentioning it. The staff looked very stressed out and didn’t really interact with us, we had to get our own glasses as a girl didn’t return to our table after 20 mins of saying she would be back to get us glasses so we did it ourselves 🤷🏽‍♀️. The young guy that works there was lovely, making sure the table was cleaned ect and really couldn’t fault him he was lovely! overall , we would definitely go back for the food as again it was excellent just didn’t quite hit the 5 stars overall for us

During my trip to the UK, I had the chance to enjoy a hi tea that completely exceeded my expectations. The spread was a perfect blend of Pakistani and international flavors, beautifully presented and full of variety. From savory snacks like chicken patties, samosas, and finger sandwiches to freshly baked naan, biryani, and grilled items, everything was full of flavor and cooked just right. What really stood out to me was the balance between traditional Pakistani dishes and continental options. It felt like a little taste of home but with a classy twist. The desserts section was equally impressive, and that’s where I discovered Boofi. Soft, delicate, and lightly sweet, it was unlike anything I’ve tried before simple yet unforgettable. The whole experience had a warm, welcoming vibe. The food was fresh, well-seasoned, and beautifully served. Whether you’re craving something spicy, savory, or sweet, the variety made sure there was something for everyone. I’d definitely go back again and would recommend it to anyone visiting the UK who’s looking for a proper hi-tea experience with rich Pakistani flavors.

We were really excited to try this place as they are opening one close to where we stay. The food was very disappointing, especially the Chinese food. The Chinese curry was very, very watery, so that was avoided. There was no place to get sauce like curry itself for your food (and if there was, their hide it well). The pizza was okay, my son enjoyed that. The restaurant itself wasn't very clean, I'm worrying now that if there's a new worldwide pandemic. That I have caused it washing and drying my hands in their toilets. The attached photo is of the underneath of their hand drier, where the air comes from.

I’m not one to write reviews, but my mum was going for lunch with my Aunty for her 65th birthday and invited me along , I said ye where we going then I remembered seeing something on their fb page about a free birthday meal so I mentioned it in the car going to restaurant. We mentioned it when we arrived , and unfortunately as it was only the 3 of us we couldn’t get the free meal for my Aunty as has to be a party of 4 for free bday meal, which we weren’t bothered about as we just remembered when in car and happy to pay for meal anyways. But my Aunty was offered a free cocktail as it’s her birthday, which she was chuffed with. Last twice I’ve went As I’m vegetarian and I like curry sauce with my rice and noodles the waiter has got me a separate bowl for curry sauce for me to dip my food, which is very considerate. We all enjoyed our meal today with lovely attentive staff. Then my mum goes to pay the bill and the gentleman at the bar I think maybe the manager , offered a cake and a candle and for the waiters to sing happy birthday to my Aunty which they did and was a lovely surprise for my Aunty she was so touched. We also visited the beginning of Jan for a meal me my mum and dad and mum had a problem with her card she forgot her pin and it wouldn’t let her do contactless and it was a bit of a hassle trying to pay totally our fault but we paid with another card but the staff were really lovely and understanding and said take as much time as you need. I’m not a big person for going out to eat as I’m fussy being a veggie and I like cooking my own meals , but the customer service here and food is just brilliant. I really feel this place is a well run environment with happy staff & that really shines through on the customer service. Only thing I would say is maybe as a tofu option in the buffet for us veggies and vegans. Thank you for making my...

Had booked this place for me, my wife and asked for space for pram. I booked this 4 days before arrival and had booked it for 5pm. When I turned up the girl with the blonde hair with tattoos on her neck was less than helpful, basically asking us are we sure we booked? I phoned in excess of 30 times to get through to the place so I’m certain I booked. I then had to pull up my recent calls on my phone to prove I had called their establishment. It took another member of staff presumably a manager to come over and say it was fine. She then proceeded to point to our table and made no effort to assist us to our seats or clear another seat away to make room for a pram. Not that I expect this because I’m capable of creating space for my child myself but in nearly all other places the staff are so kind and do this for us.

The food was okay, I don’t have much complaint there, wouldn’t say it was great but it was okay.

When I went to pay for the bill the same girl was behind the till area and handed me a bill charging us for two full price buffets when I had a voucher (which was shown to her on arrival) when I said table 9 she stated did I tell them I had a voucher and I said yeah I showed it to you. She basically in so many words said I didn’t. The same manager came over and he luckily remembered and I only paid for the drinks we had as the money for the voucher was taken off.

Not a great experience for us on our first visit which has sadly meant we won’t be in any...

So, upon arrival, we were met with a very very loud group by the door shouting and roaring, which is fine if at any point they'd have been asked to tone it down, they didn't get asked.

That's not really a major issue however, the cost you pay for a buffet (which yes does have a truly amazing variety of foods) is not at all worth it because the quality of around 60% of the food is either not what the label says it is, or it's just wrong.

The chasni in all seriousness tasted like dog food. I'm not exaggerating and in not playing the joker. It is the truth. It tasted like dog food.

I had Chinese chicken, which was very nice. I can't complain alongside some cardboard like and overpoweringly flavoured pakora.

I had naan, which was dryer than a flipflop left on a pavement in eqaudor and I had korma, that was tasteless and some rice, which was okay, it's rice it's not really ever going to be incredible.

Overall, cost to qaulity was utterly shocking

My partner however claims to have enjoyed everything she had, and for that I've bumped the scores up a touch, she has similar standard to mine

Overall I personally don't care for the food here and the atmosphere is just loud...

I'll go back on the half off deal with my partner in an attempt to find somethin worth eating that isn't just one item,...
