One Stop Golf — Local services in England

On arrival the manager was rude and confrontational about the booking. He said that our group had not booked properly. It was not acceptable to take his frustration out on me, the customer, for the error made by whichever staff member took the booking over phone. He was short tempered with the adults and special needs children in our group. His attitude significantly impacted on our enjoyment of the visit - our first trip out post lockdown. Taken over by new owners within the last 12 months. The new owners are fantastic and can't do enough for you. I run a children's football team and we've used the function room venue a couple of times now for various presentations and events. Good selection of food and drink and all cooked and prepared to a high standard. I particularly like the new make over which gives it a great new look. Good facilities and good prices, however, when we went we bought 2 rounds of footgolf, all good. They failed to let us know that the footgolf pitches had flooded! 😂 We couldn't get the balls in the holes, so just had to guess when they went in. We only did one round before we got fed up.
