Istanbul Kebab House — Local services in Great Britain

First of all I just want to compliment the gentleman who answered the phone to take my order for collection. He was very friendly and warm. He double-checked everything with me and was very thorough with making sure he prepared what I ordered. He even asked where I lived and suited the collection to my convenience. He said ten minutes (I live around the corner). Ten minutes may seem like a short amount of time but this had no effect on the quality of the food. My sister, my mother and I loved the food. The pizza was nice, the kabab was lovely and my mum loved her salad. Overall it all seemed very fresh. Finally the friendliness wasn't just limited to the phone call - when I arrived everybody was friendly and down to earth. My only concern is that I live so close and now I'm going to get fat from definitely ordering again. Highly recommended ...

I ordered £60 worth of food from here. When I was on the phone ordering my food the person was treating me disrespectfully and disgustingly. When the food finally came I opened it and it smelt so bad but I gave it the benefit of the doubt and took a bite and it was as if the food had been left there for days. Possibly the worst experience I’ve had with ordering takeaway. I decided to take the food back to the shop and kindly ask for a refund but they treated me with such disrespect I refused to be in the shop so I left their food there and left. Worst kebab I’ve ever had and I love a kebab ! Ordered as I thought I’d try somewhere different ! Now regret it ! Not good value for money portion was small for 13.50 which you could forgive if it tasted great ! But the kebab meat tasted really strange, looked over cooked ! It was so odd tasting I couldn’t eat it, the chicken wasn’t cooked all the way through and cold in the middle ! Salad was ok and onion rings nice ! all in all avoid ! I I wish i’d taken a picture of it before giving it to the dog ! won’t be going back !...
