Parc Coed Y Nant — Attraction in Wales

Was looking for a place to fish when home, so took a walk around the lake this evening. It was great to see so many people fishing, although some of them misbehaving and messing about (kids will be kids). The real issue being, the state of the surrounding area. Rubbish bins full, rubbish every where. Somebody had left a chair and what looked like a large picnic blanket. Who looks after this area??
