Pentwyn Spice — Local services in Great Britain

We've been staying at a local Hotel for a few days and have ordered a meal twice from Pentwyn Spice. We've ordered many Indian take aways over the years at home and abroad but the meals from Pentwyn Spice have to rank up there with the very best, if not THE best. It's easy to order on line and the ETA's have been spot on with no fuss despite delivering to the hotel. The meals have been absolutely outstanding. So fresh and tasty, good portions and delicious. Waited 2 hours and 35 minutes for our food to arrive which is so disappointing and frustrating as we were waiting for it all evening and ruined our Saturday night. To order at 5:30 and not get it until gone 8 o’clock was shocking. When I rang again to find out how much longer it would be, I was told they’re waiting for a delivery driver to come back. Food turned up stale as it had obviously been sat in the restaurant from when we ordered until it arrived. This is sad as we used to rate this place highly but I’m afraid we won’t be ordering...

First time here (used to go to Saffron Balti, before it sold out) onion bagees- small and no salad, chicken madras - sauce ok but chicken is boiled! Dry and no Balti flavour, poppadom - only 3/4 in bag not a full one! Naan bread - good but small Chips - ok, hurray ... but even I can cook chips!
